王小杰,1986年1月生,中共党员。2019年毕业于西安交通大学动力工程及工程热物理专业,工学博士。河北大学高层次引进人才,主持河北大学高层次人才科研项目1项。现就职于河北大学质量技术监督学院-测控技术及仪器系,讲师。
